Position: TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

 

Job Description: Design, plan, organize, or direct orientation and training programs for employees, focus groups, or consultation with manager and instructor.
Offer specific training programs to help staff maintain or improve job skills.
Evaluate training materials prepared by instructors, such as outlines, text, or handouts.
Evaluate modes of training delivery, such as in-person or virtual, to optimize training effectiveness, training costs, or environmental impacts.
Schedule classes based on the availability of classrooms, equipment, or instructors.
Supervise, evaluate, or refer instructors to skill development classes.
Design and deliver programs to train all levels of personnel.
Conduct training classes
Develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities
Supports and collaborates with the curriculum team to provide print and/or digital learning materials that exhibit consistency, grammar, style, completeness, accuracy, and content integrity across all training curricula.
